Now environmental protection has controlled the frosting of traditional glass bottles, and we will briefly introduce the process of sandblasting. sandblasting refers to the processing method of using sandblasting gun to spray quartz sand or carborundum and other abrasives on the surface of glass products to form a rough surface and produce a transparent but not perspective effect. If a hollow-out template is used to form a pattern or text by sandblasting, it is called sand carving.
The sandblasting process is completed in the sandblasting equipment. Sand blasting equipment includes sand blasting machine, compressed air system and abrasive treatment device. Generally, pneumatic sandblasting is used in factories, that is, using compressed air or high-speed air blast generated by high-pressure fans. The pneumatic sandblasting machine includes a working chamber, a hopper, a spray gun, a sand suction pipe, a compressed air pipe and a dust removal device. The studio is closed during sand blasting operation to prevent dust from flying. Compressed air flows into the spray gun through the air pipe. The negative pressure formed by the high-speed air flow will suck the abrasive in the hopper into the spray gun through the sand suction pipe, and form an abrasive jet, which will be sprayed out by the spray gun to the glass products to complete the sand blasting. This is the principle of pneumatic sandblasting machine.
