1. The main process flow diagram of glass bottle is as follows:
Various raw materials → batching workshop → weighing → mixing → melting workshop → feeding machine → glass furnace melting → feeding channel (machine) → forming equipment → annealing → inspection and packaging → delivery
2. Description of main process flow
The main production and auxiliary workshops of the general glass bottle factory include: batching workshop, melting workshop (including kiln), cullet processing workshop, machine repair workshop, raw material warehouse, packaging warehouse, etc. The supporting utilities include gas station (heavy oil depot, gas pressure regulating station), air compression station, substation, water pump room, sewage treatment station, weighbridge, dormitory building, office building, canteen, bathroom, etc. of living service facilities.
The technological process is generally as follows: the qualified batch prepared in the batching workshop is transported to the kiln head silo of the melting workshop by the conveying equipment, and then added into the glass furnace by the feeder. The molten glass is melted into liquid glass at a high temperature of about 1450 ℃. The molten glass is then supplied to the molding equipment (bottle making machine, etc.) through the feeding channel by the feeder to make the required products, and then transported to the bottle The bottle pusher sends the products into the annealing furnace for annealing and stress removal. After the product quality is inspected, the qualified products are packaged for warehousing and delivery.
(1) Batching workshop: the workshop is generally equipped with various silos, lifting equipment, weighing equipment, mixing equipment, etc. It is mainly to weigh and mix various minerals and chemical raw materials to make qualified batch. The main raw materials for daily use glass production include seven or eight kinds of minerals and chemical raw materials, such as silica sand, limestone, dolomite, feldspar, soda ash, and broken glass.
(2) Melting workshop: This workshop is the main production workshop of the glass factory, which is generally equipped with glass furnace, feeding channel (machine), forming equipment (bottle making machine), annealing furnace, inspection and packaging equipment, etc. At present, the workshop is generally arranged in a two-layer (partial three-layer) way. Forming equipment (bottle making machine), annealing furnace, inspection and packaging equipment are placed on the second floor, and inspection and packaging are automated.
3. Process flow of glass bottle
The glass bottle production process mainly includes: ① raw material pre processing. Crush the bulk raw materials (quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, feldspar, etc.) to dry the wet raw materials, and remove iron from the iron containing raw materials to ensure the glass quality. ② Batch preparation. ③ Melting. The glass batch is heated at high temperature (1550~1600 ℃) in the tank furnace or tank furnace to form liquid glass that is uniform, bubble free and meets the molding requirements. ④ Forming. Put the liquid glass into the mold to make glass products of the required shape, such as flat plates, various utensils, etc. ⑤ Heat treatment. Through annealing, quenching and other processes, the stress, phase separation or crystallization inside the glass can be eliminated or generated, and the structural state of the glass can be changed.
